I've been able to download other torrents from the same trackers to my Linode through uTorrent and, at one time, used uTorrent to torrent an ISO file to my Linode (I don't remember the details of this) and it connected with no problems. I can't imagine that there's any problem with my local network configurations or anything like that - I'm assuming it's more likely to be a problem with the tracker itself.
