I haven't been able to figure out how to unzip files (right click/unzip/extract/etc.) on CC 2015... clicking \"Unzip\" doesn't do so. On my PC, it installs fine, but not on my Mac. I don't know how to zip files and read about this issue (especially on MAC OS), so any help would be much appreciated. All my files are intact, and I don't believe that they are corrupted (I just don't know how to unzip them). But, I had tried dragging and dropping the zip files into the file import tools that should all be on the \"Windows\" menu in Illustrator, but, again, I don't know how to read about this on MAC OS (don't know how to read PDF's or anything of the sort).
The same happens to me as well in Illustrator ver. 26.0 and 26.0.1. I tried uninstalling the program, along with removing configuration files, and installing it back again - the problem still persists. I also tried using Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, but to no avail as well. The only workaround that works for me is rolling back to version 25.4.1.
Hi there, I just uninstalled the latest version of Illustrator CC 2019. I have been having issues with it crashing, and at the time of uninstall, as instructed on the UI (Apply current settings and click uninstall), I chose to uninstall Illustrator and hit \"uninstall\" but could not! I reran it again and had the same problem, so I just clicked Inject CC 2019 into my current application in preferences and it worked!! Noticed that it attempted making a shortcut to the uninstall version and that I can reopen without crashing! I am satisfied with the results so far! 7211a4ac4a
